PYONGYANG—AVN responded in the strongest possible terms to today’s North Korean rocket launch, calling the gesture “provocative” and “strokeable,” and praising its “chemistry.”
“After several botched attempts,” Adult Video News reports, “North Korea managed to send a satellite into orbit, and this reporter to his box of WetNaps.”
The launch, which hurtled a missile skyward past Japan, was “worth stocking,” writes Steve Ochs in his AAA 1/2 review.
North Korean state media called the launch a “groundbreaking” mission that met the “last instructions” of Pyongyang’s late leader, Kim Jong Il, including the “interracial” scattering of rocket debris over Pyongyang ally China.
“Overall, this effort is solid, with some very strokeable, memorable moments,” notes AVN’s Donna Shapiro.
The North Korean state media was also pleased.
“The second version of satellite Kwangmyongsong-3 successfully lifted off from the Sohae Space Center in Cholsan County, North Pyongan Province by carrier rocket Unha-3 on December 12. The satellite entered its present orbit,” the state media states. “Love Flick Shagwell.”
Despite fears about the significance of a successful launch, Asia experts and AVN urge readers not to panic, but to be wary.
“It’s not going to change anyone’s life, but (North Korea’s space program) is solid, (and) strokeable,” Ochs says.
AVN then abandoned talking about North Korea altogether.
