Hartley appears briefly as the Queen of England (see the movie to find out why) and suffers a wardrobe malfunction while knighting Tony DeSergio.

Ahhhh, no..but Stormy does have a rep for being a hothead with a short fuse that explodes easily, so it's probably not surprising that she went off that way.
