“Frat Party”: Jesse Jane is the sweetheart of Sigma Nevermind

Jesse Jane’s “Frat House,” a straight-to-video romp filmed for Anchor Bay by the production team of HD Network’s “Get Out,” is now available.

“Frat House” is the story of a young man torn between attending one last frat party and his upcoming wedding. Jesse Jane plays a fantasy babe in a shower scene.

In the mainstream world, “straight to video” is any movie that does not get a theatrical release. In porn, of course, everything is straight to video. Unless it’s “Pirates II.”

So I asked Jane if it was a letdown working on a straight to video project after the heady thrill of seeing her taut and gazongad frame 30 feet tall at a downtown L.A. theatre last year.

“This is crazy fun,” she said.

I visited the set of “Frat Party” in March. I can’t tell you which major Los Angeles area university’s frat house was used, but I will say that one T&A scene was shot in the room of Daniel, who was surprised to find a camera crew there upon his return from a cruise that weekend.

“Nobody told me this was going to happen,” he said.

Is this the sort of thing you’ll brag about at your 50-year reunion?

“Oh yeah,” he said.

Craft services for the film included a steam table, healthy snacks, and a very cute attendant. Director Robert Bennett said that “Frat House” was a 12-day shoot and was the first feature for his company, which specializes in reality TV involving hot chicks in interesting places.

“Features take forever,” Bennett said, “but the talent has been great.” Also featured in “Frat House” are Katie Cleary (pictured) and model and Paris Hilton confidante Caroline D’amore, whom Bennett says is “just the hottest girl in the world right now.”

But it was Jane who had to deliver the boobs. Bennett wants people to think of “Frat House” in the same way they think of “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” (with Jane as Phoebe Cates) or “Animal House.”

“I’m doing a lot of mainstream movies lately,” Jane, who negotiates this work apart from Digital Playground, said. She will appear in similar roles in movies like “Middlemen” and the Michael Madsen comedy “Let the Game Begin” later this year, often flying in from her home in Oklahoma for one day, staying at the W, then flying out the next.

In fact, Jane was still promoting “Pirates II” six months after its release, so she flew to L.A. from her home in Oklahoma for “Frat House,” shot her shower scene, went back to her hotel, and then flew to Austin the next day for a “Pirates II” appearance.

Jane turned 29 this year, which is hard to believe. Of all the attractive women on the set, it fell to Jane to be the Dirty Girl, and she took to the role effortlessly, and with gusto. She posed for pictures with all the frat kids who gathered on the massive lawn of their home while they waited for the production crew to leave, then she grabbed one shy senior and said filthy things to him for the “Making Of” camera.

“I’m gonna pull your huge cock out of your pants and shove it in my little pussy,” she said as his face turned red. “Then I’m gonna pull it out and shove it up my ass. You’d like that, wouldn’t you, you dirty fucker? Then I’m gonna come all over your cock. You want to do it right here?”

On the walls of the fraternity were group photos of pledge classes dating back decades. At the center of each photo was a single woman designated as “Sweetheart.” I’ve never been in a fraternity but I wondered what a woman might have to do to be Sweetheart.
