At 3:15 p.m. I was driving east on Sunset Blvd., because East is where my worldview is located.
I happened to know Milfology director Roy Karch lived in the area, so I called him.
“The fuck are you, Roy?”
“I’m at Sunset and Vine. The fuck are you?”
“Fucking Sunset and La Brea. Let’s get a goddamn burger.”

“Who am I, Danny Sugarman? Fucking In-n-Out on the corner of Orange.”
“Yeah, that’s where we’re going. I’ll meet you there.”
I arrived first, because I drive like I live: a quarter mile a second. Karch arrived later. He had a copy of his movie in his hand.
“The fuck you bringing MILF porn into In-n-Out Burger?”
“This is our business, Gram. We shouldn’t be ashamed of it.”
“I mean – ”
“The fuck? She’s a MILF; any way you shake it, she’s over 18.”
