As several of my close friends happen to be hookers, I’ve had the rare opportunity to be out to expensive and awkward dinners with their famous clients, none of whom I can mention. But those brave celebrities who let themselves be seen and quoted in the company of porn stars have changed my life forever.
I have met Vince Neil and Eddie Van Halen in my porn travels, for example, as well as the guy who played Mr. Belding on “Saved By the Bell,” and Robin Leach, and even Joey Buttafuoco. But if there is one celebrity whom I never thought I’d encounter in person, much less on a porn set, it was Amy Fisher.
Yet she was the best one.
Fisher was in town this summer to shoot her very first porn feature, “Deep Inside Amy Fisher,” for Dreamzone Entertainment. She was a pleasure to be around and brought an East Coast energy to the proceedings that has been sorely lacking.
I felt I needed to give her something to remember us by. Something that I could no longer use, but that she could. Something that was very special.
The small rhesus monkey handling the camera got more of me than he did of Amy, which is a damn shame, but overcompensated at the end. The “Lou” Fisher refers to is her husband. One day we’ll all be in the same place at the same time.
Until then, it’s time to make the donuts.
