Like you, I associate asylums with “Jacob’s Ladder,” Nurse Ratched, and T.S. Eliot’s wife, but in “Trisexual Asylum 4,” it looks like these people commit themselves willingly.
“Trisexual Asylum 4” is the only Brazilian movie I’ve ever seen in which the women seem like an afterthought.
Threesomes comprised of a biological man, a she-male, and a poor, sidelined Brazilian woman gather in rooms that do not have the padded walls and built-in restraints we Northern Hemispherers experience when we get sent to asylums.
I think this is because Brazilian ass-padding is already so efficient.

Each scene begins with a makeout session between the man and his transsexual love interest (because they are in love), then the girl comes in, expresses admiration for the transsexual partner (“Muito Lindo!” “Gostosa!”), and proceeds to fuck the man with a strap-on.
