The X(Biz) Files: FBI to address porners

FBI Special Agent Chuck Joyner (his real name) will speak at next month’s XBiz Hollywood Forum on the subject of 2257 inspections.

The FBI, using tactics partially developed by Joyner, politely raided several adult companies over the past few months, on the lookout for faulty recordkeeping. Joyner will join adult industry attorneys Paul Cambria, Greg Piccionelli, and Jeffrey Douglas in addressing 2257 concerns, and the Special Agent will teach company owners and employees how to behave in the event of an inspection.

Tip 1: Don’t wear one of these.

Tip 2: When asked where your file cabinets are, don’t keep repeating “The truth is out there.”

Tip 3: Call everyone Mr. Tibbs.

The XBiz Hollywood Conference will be held February 7 and 8 at the haunted Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Joyner’s seminar will take place at 10 a.m. on February 7. To register for the conference, click here.
