There is no reason Bridal Bang is here other than there is a lot going on on the cover.
Because I am a campaigner for Truth, I spoke with Genesis Magazine’s Dan Davis for more clarification on the upcoming FAME awards. I wanted to know if there would be appropriate checks and balances on these fan-based awards and if Jimmy Carter would need to monitor the database.
“Each of the companies sponsoring the event (Genesis, Adam & Eve, AVN, and WantedList) will have a representative who will have access to the database,” Davis said. “So no one can get in there without someone else knowing it.”
WantedList will be in charge of building the database, which will contain pre-nominations for about 12 categories, each with 19 names and space for one write-in that the companies didn’t come up with themselves. I like the write-in opportunity.
“And we will make sure the database is secure so that we can track IP addresses and only allow one vote per person,” he added. That is not the Chicago way, but I guess I can deal with it. I am sad, though, that I won’t be able to submit multiple votes for Britney Rears and Nicole Moore.
The voting process will open on March 15 and will extend for about a month. Then the five biggest vote-getters in each category will become finalists and then they will be voted on. No hosts have yet been chosen, so now is your chance to nominate me and my song stylings. The awards show will be at 9 p.m. on June 24 at Erotica L.A.
Some of the categories include Best Movie (no distinction between film and video, but there will be a distinction between features and gonzo), Best Breasts (“or Best Tits,” Davis said, “we’re still not sure how to go with that one”), and Best Female Rookie.
