This might make an interesting research project. I’ve noticed the same thing. Perhaps it has something to do with life style choices related to the willingness of certain women to regularly allow groups of giant-cocked men to repeatedly fuck them silly. Perhaps doing this for a living requires a lot more self medication than maintaining a strict “vagitarian” regimen?
It would certainly seem to be more stressful, physically and mentally — how could it not? There’s a lot more wear and tear on the equipment for one thing. Not to mention the psychological aspects.
