Strippers have spirit; I fear them but I also admire them.
Michael Ireland is suing the club Cheetahs in West Palm Beach, alleging that he has permanent double vision as a result of being “suddenly and without warning” kicked in the face by a stripper.
Three things come to mind:
1. Would Ireland have sued if the stripper had said, “I am about to kick you in the face”?
2. Foreigner is not an attractive band.
and
2. Angela Pellerano, the snippy newscaster in the clip below, should not be so judgmental. She says, “Some people might think he shouldn’t have been there in the first place.” How intolerant. Doesn’t she know that, next to cocaine, stripping is Florida’s biggest revenue stream? And, if I may be so bold, Pellerano made at least two gaffes in the short clip, all while smirking at the poor, double-sighted Mr. Ireland. Perhaps she should hang up her microphone and be a stripper herself? I don’t think she got her job for her diction.
