While not a fan of this Lady Gaga person’s music, she strikes me as more of the real deal than Madonna ever was. And in her video “Bad Romance,” I applaud her incorporation of two distinct styles from the past 15 years.
The supermodels who come out of hibernation to capture Ms. Gaga seem to use aspects of “Pulp Fiction”‘s Gimp character as well as “Return of the King”‘s Mouth of Sauron. I approve.
I’m hoping that future videos will explore fashion choices of the Cenobites, Cthulhu, and Quint from “Jaws.”
